Oakes Baptist Church is a thriving community church in Lindley, on the west side of Huddersfield, welcoming people of all ages from all walks of life. We are a group of ordinary people who meet regularly for worship, teaching and prayer. We know that different people expect different things from a church. You may not be a regular church attender, perhaps you are simply wondering what the Christian faith is all about, or you may already be used to a particular style of worship.
