Coming to study in Huddersfield? Come and join us!

At Oakes we welcome students and many young people studying at the local university and colleges worship with us regularly. From time to time we also enjoy hosting lunches after the morning service - and watch out for services led by the students themselves.

We maintain strong links with the Huddersfield University Christian Union and over the years it has been a joy to support students from all over the country, and from countries all round the world.


Over the years, students worshipping with us have gone on to serve God in other countries from the USA to Moldova, Hong Kong to Russia.
